Königssee (RWH): After winning the qualifying race in Winterberg, bobsleigh pilot Anna Köhler has secured the last remaining spot on the German bobsleigh team, as announced by the German Bobsleigh, Luge, and Skeleton Federation (BSD).
The 24-year-old, who took silver at the 2017 Junior World Championships, will celebrate her World Cup debut in Lake Placid (USA, 9–10 November).
World Championship medallists Francesco Friedrich, Johannes Lochner and Nico Walther, European Champion Mariama Jamanka, and pilot Stephanie Schneider have already claimed their places on the team for the 2017/2018 BMW IBSF World Cup. ©RWH2017
