Die Ausschüsse des Internationalen Bob- & Skelekton Verbandes IBSF treffen sich zur Besprechung und Vorbereitung der kommenden Ice-Track Saison 2017/2018 vom 06. bis 12. April 2017, welche im IBSF-Büro in Grossgmain (in der Nähe von Salzburg - Österreich) statt findet.

Auftakt der Woche bildet die Sitzung des Entwicklungsausschusses, gefolgt von den Skeleton Sport- und Materialausschüssen. Die Bob Material und Sport Komitees haben ihre Treffen für die kommende Woche (Montag, 10. April - Mittwoch, 12. April) geplant.

Sitzungen des Sport- und Materialausschusses werden jährlich einberufen, um Vorschläge für mögliche Änderungen der Internationalen Bob- und Skeletonregeln zu erörtern.

What was the best part of my day today? . The best part was despite how it started, I SHOWED up! 💪🏾🙌🏾 I had crappy sleep, needed a nap mid-morning, was unmotivated, mentally and physically drained, lacked appetite (not normal for me, I love to eat 🤤) and just overall grumpy having aka one of those days 🤷🏾‍♀️ . The "negative Debbie" voice saying don't go to Footy practice, skip the gym and just curl up after work was nagging hard. But I made goals for September. I have been on a roll! Don't get me wrong we all have these kinda days, shoot even worse sometimes. It happens more often than expressed but how do we respond? What do we do for ourselves to be better? How do we turn it around? It's simple just SHOW UP 💥 . Show up and just try your best, that's all you can do and ask of yourself. It's 11pm and my day was feeling real trash. I fit healthy meals in even if small knowing I needed the fuel for mental focus and energy as well as physical recovery, finished work, went to Footy practice and hit the gym for a wicked upper body and core burn (5 sets of supersets got me 🤪) . I'm not even gunna lie, I showed up at the gym still questioning if I would finish the workout and how to drop sets and reps. But ya girl didn't. I pushed through and it became a competition within myself to fight off "Negative Debbie's" voice, seeing what I could really do and overcome mentally. . Our brain is the most powerful muscle in our body. Positive affirmations, setting goals, looking to the future, talking things out with oneself is a game changer in how you start the day, go about it and end the day. I had to dig deep y'all but I owed it to myself to SHOW up and show myself what I got and that I got my back to pick it up when stuck. Today wasn't perfect, but it isn't supposed to be. Today I broke through a mental poison that has been plaguing me off/on since January. A few months ago Negative Debbie was winning 80% of the time. Not no more...Byeeeee 👋🏾 . Wasn't meant to be a long post but wanted to keep it real 💯 . What was the best part of your day?
