The IBSF holds several meetings each year.
The IBSF Executive Committee meets four to five times a year whereas most of the meetings are held remotely.
Sports and Material Committee Meetings are held annually after the season with committee members from various national federations and experts of the different fields.
The Race Organizer Meeting is conducted annually in close cooperation with the International Luge Federation (FIL) to minimize the travel impact for the race management worldwide.
The annual Congress takes place every year and is hosted by one of the IBSF´s member federations.
Further meetings are with the various Committees, such as Medical Committee, Development Committee and Parasport Committee.
