Monaco (RWH) Ivo Ferriani, President of the International Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation IBSF, was one of the jury members for the 2017 Peace and Sports awards in Monaco. The prizes for people, organizations and initiatives who promote peace and understanding though sports, are awarded since 2008 and in nine different categories.

“Congratulations to Peace and Sport founder Joel Bouzou and his team for the successful organisation of the 10th edition of the Peace and Sport Forum”, said Ivo Ferriani after the event. “These were great days full of learning and sharing in-between people that have a great passion and desire to change the world. I feel very honoured to have been invited as a Jury member for this year’s Peace and Sport Award. All of the initiatives nominated were fantastic and it is very rewarding to see the impact sports can have to encourage and maintain peace in our world.”
