Buenos Aires (RWH) The Executive Board of the International Olympic Committe IOC has recommended that Calgary (CAN), Milan/Cortina d’Ampezzo (ITA) and Stockholm (SWE) will be invited to the Candidature Stage for the 2026 Olympic Winter Games.

The final decision which cities will move forward to the next stage will be taken at the IOC Session, which takes place on 8 and 9 October 2018 in Buenos Aires. The host for the 2026 Winter Games will be announced at the 2019 IOC Session.
