Lausanne (RWH) The Olympic Day 2020 will be celebrated with the world’s largest 24 hour digital-first Olympic workout! On 23 June, the International Olympic Committee IOC hosts the event with Olympians and those to come, featuring athlete-led live workouts all day on theirr Instagram.

During the unprecedented time of the COVID19-pandemic, the International Olympic Committee IOC launched the #StayStrong campaign with daily work-outs, tips for staying healthy in body and mind during lockdown, and inspiration to help getting through this crisis together.
During the month of June and through to Olympic Day, the campaign reaches the next level with athletes inspiring more people to #StayStrong, #StayActive and #StayHealthy.
Every year on 23 June, the Olympic Day remembers the birthday of the modern Olympic Games on 23 June 1894 at the Sorbonne in Paris and raises awareness of the vital role sport and physical activity play in society. ©RWH2020
