The International Olympic Committee IOC together with other partners has designed the „Women In Sport High Performance Pathway“ leadership program to support female coaches on the way to being successful at the Regional and/or Continental Games, World Championship, Youth Olympic Games ‘YOG’ and Olympic level. The aim is a balanced gender representation for coaches selected to participate at the Games, as stated in the IOC Gender Equality Review Report.
Olympic Solidarity will be supporting each coach nominated jointly by the IF and NOC with
direct funding of 11,000 USD for the delivery and participation in the programme. The IBSF supports the coaches for each cohort with 3.500 USD.
