Lake Placid (RWH) Bobsleigh pilots Nicole Vogt from USA and Nick Poloniato from Canada are the Overall Champions in women’s bob and two man bob of IBSF North American Cup 2015/2016.
With three podium placings, including one victory, Nicole Vogt (776 points) relegated 2014/2015 Champion Alysia Rissling (CAN, 772 points) to second rank. The Canadian missed one race but finished all further seven races with a podium placing. Overall third is Korean rookie pilot Yooran Kim (718) ahead of teammate Seonhye Lee.
In two man bob, Nick Poloniato from Canada with two victories and five more podium placings earned 870 points to become Overall Champion for the first time. Youngjin Suk from Korea (744) finished second overall ahead of Justin Olsen (USA, 736).
On March 17 and 18, also the skeleton and four man bob athletes compete in Lake Placid in the last races of IBSF North American Cup 2015/2016. ©RWH 2015-2016
