Lake Placid (RWH) Para Bobsleigh pilot Lonnie Bissonnette from Canada is the half time leader at IBSF Para Sport World Championships 2019. After two of four heats in Lake Placid (USA), the Overall World Cup Champion has a 0.35 seconds lead over Briton Corie Mapp. Latvian Alvils Brants (0,69 seconds back) is currently third overall ahead of female pilot Guro Frønsdal (NOR).

Male and female athletes from twelve nations compete for gold, silver and bronze in Lake Placid. The World Championships heats three and four at the Mt. van Hoevenberg Combination Bobsled, Skeleton & Luge Track take place on Sunday (31 March, from 10 am local time / 4 pm CET). ©RWH2019
