Kuonen, Dudkina and Bredikhin in the overall lead at the IBSF Europe Cup

Innsbruck (RWH) Germany's Lisa Buckwitz, 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Champion in 2-woman bobsleigh pushing Mariama Jamanka, has celebrated her first victory as a bobsleigh pilot. At the IBSF Europe Cup in Innsbruck (AUT), the 26-year-old and push athlete Cynthia Kwofie won ahead of their teammates Anne Lobenstein/Claudia Schüssler (GER) and Russia's Anastasiia Dudkina/Anastasia Kurysheva.

Philipp Zielasko from Germany with his team won the 4-man bobsleigh Europe Cup race as on the previous day. The team of pilot Alexander Bredikhin (RUS) came in second ahead of the team of Davis Kaufmanis from Latvia.

Ahead of the finale and the Junior European Championships at Koenigssee (GER, February 20-21), Michael Kuonen (SUI, 2-man bobsleigh) Anastasiia Dudkina (RUS, 2-woman bobsleigh) and Alexander Bredikhin (RUS, 4-man bobsleigh) are leading. ©RWH2021
