Potsdam (RWH) Bobsleigh push athlete Deborah Levi (GER), 2-woman bobsleigh Olympic Champion in Beijing 2022 with pilot Laura Nolte, will miss the first races in the BMW IBSF World Cup 2022-2023. „Due to a knee injury I won't be able to start the World Cup season with Laura next week as planned - the first three World Cups are cancelled for me, so I hope to be healthy and fit again for the second half of the season at the home World Cup in Winterberg“, the 25-year-old wrote on Instagram.

Deborah Levi has competed in 13 World Cup races since 2019, finishing on the podium in eleven of them and celebrating six victories. At the 2021 BMW IBSF World Championships in Altenberg (GER), Laura Nolte and Deborah Levi won the bronze medal. ©RWH2022
