Park City (RWH) With six athletes in the World Cup team, the German skeleton team kicks off the 2015-2016 winter, as was announced by the German Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation (BSD).

At BMW IBSF Bob & Skeleton World Cup Tour, 2015 Team World Champion Axel Jungk will be joined by 2013 and 2015 Junior World Champion Christopher Grotheer and Michael Zachrau, who celebrated his World Cup debut at the end of last season in Sochi (RUS). The women's team includes World Championships silver medallist and 2012 Youth Olympic Champion Jacqueline Lölling, who celebrates her World Cup debut at the kick-off race in Altenberg (GER, Nov 27-29), Team World Champion and third of last season’s Overall World Cup Tina Hermann as well as Sophia Griebel, who finished tenth at the Sochi Winter Olympics. ©RWH2015-2016
