Königssee (RWH) World Champion Tina Hermann and Axel Jungk, third of Overall World Cup 2015, lead the German skeleton team for the BMW IBSF World Cup. That was announced by the German federation BSD (Bob- und Schlittenverband für Deutschland) via Twitter.
Additional to Tina Hermann, World Champion, Overall World Cup winner and European Championships silver medallist of 2016, also 2012 Youth Olympic Champion and 2015 World Championships silver medallist Jacqueline Lölling and rookie Anna Fernstädt, 2016 third in IBSF Intercontinental Cup, will compete in BMW IBSF World Cup.
For the men‘s skeleton World Cup, Alexander Gassner, 2013 Overall winner of Intercontinental Cup and World Cup sixth of 2012, as well as Michael Zachrau, seventh of Overall World Cup in last winter, complete the German World Cup team. ©RWH2016
