Lake Placid/Altenberg (RWH) After eight races this winter, the IBSF skeleton athletes finished the North American Cup and European Cup race series.
In North American Cup, the overall title for the first time went to John Farrow from Australia. Junhyeon Kim from Korea finished second. In his comeback season, John Daly (USA) is third overall. Im women’s skeleton, Rayoung Mun (KOR) won the Overall title ahead of Canada’s Madison Charney and Gracie Clapp (USA).
In IBSF European Cup, both overall titles went to Germany. Tamara Seer won in her first season as skeleton athlete after five wins in eight races. Teammate Maxi Just (GER) finished second, Kellie Delka from USA is third overall. In men’s skeleton, overall winner Dominic Rady banned Fabian Küchler and Felix Seibel (all GER) to second and third rank, respectively.
