Limburg (RWH) As „Team BB“ – Belgium and Brazil – skeleton athletes Kim Meylemans (BEL) and Nicole Silveira (BRA) join forces for the coming World Cup season. As Kim Meylemans, who won bronze in Innsbruck last winter, the first World Cup medal for a Belgian skeleton athlete, announced via her Social Media accounts, former skeleton athlete Ander Mirambell, four-time Olympian from Spain, supports the two athletes as head coach.
„In the skeleton world, Belgium and Brazil are small players, so it is better to join forces. Nicole and I agreed to really connect our individual teams and the knowledge in them : As one team we’re convinced we can achieve more“, Kim Meylemans wrote.
